Fire resistance tests of modern glass will be conducted at the ArchGlass 2018 forum in Moscow

ArchGlass 2018 is an architectural glass industry forum that takes place annually in Moscow. This year, the forum will be held on April 18-19 at the Central House of Architects at 7 Granatny Lane.

In Russia, this is the only large-scale event dedicated to the use of glass and translucent structures in architecture and construction. Here, participants have the opportunity to offer products and services directly to the architect customer, as well as the opportunity to discuss business development prospects with a professional audience.

During two days at the forum's exhibition, visitors can get acquainted with various types of architectural glass, structural and engineering solutions, discuss issues of energy efficiency, develop a regulatory framework for the use of glass and translucent structures in construction, see full-scale fire resistance tests of modern glass and methods of fighting fires in high-rise buildings.

Master classes by leading architects and laureates of the competition will be held.

During the forum, an exposition of the VI Russian competition with international participation "Glass in Architecture" will be organized and an award ceremony will be held for the winners of the competition with the presentation of the National Prize for the best implemented project using glass and translucent structures.
