Engineering systems of high-rise buildings: how to create a comfortable microclimate in skyscrapers
At the 100+ Forum Russia, AVOC experts will present the most modern projects of engineering systems of unique structures.
The thematic sessions will be conducted by Alexander Kolubkov, Vice President of AVOC. He is presenting the project "Multifunctional high-rise residential complex with underground parking on the territory of the Moscow City Exhibition Center, site No. 1. The expert will compare the options for engineering systems in similar buildings.
During the thematic session, Daria Denisikhina, Deputy General Director of MM Technology, will discuss energy modeling with the participants. The specialist will analyze the work of engineering systems of unique and high-rise buildings. It is planned to consider climate modeling and elevator operation (drain effect and piston effect) using the example of a high-rise complex on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment in Moscow.
Part of the time will be devoted to optimizing technical solutions for engineering systems of high-rise buildings in the BIM environment. Evgeny Bolotov, CEO of VAK-Engineering LLC, will analyze the options for BIM solutions using the example of the projects of high-rise buildings "Evolution" Moscow City and Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg.
Attendance of AVOC master classes at the forum is free for everyone, registration as a forum participant is required.
