Innovative and unique construction: industry development trends in modern conditions

The Organizing Committee of the 100+ Forum Russia, together with the Guild of Builders of the Urals, is holding a thematic session on "Innovative and Unique Construction" in Yekaterinburg On April 12, 2016, from 11.30 to 17.30 at the Yekaterinburg –EXPO IEC (Pavilion No. 4, Conference Hall No. 5).

A round table "Underground construction. Problems and prospects of development". Reports on underground construction technologies (Line II of the Yekaterinburg metro, the lobby of the Geologicheskaya station of the Yekaterinburg metro), examples of using the underground space of shopping centers (construction of the underground parking of the Greenwich shopping center), designing collector networks and others will be presented to the attention of specialists. During the discussion, it is proposed to discuss the risk factors of natural and man-made disasters using examples of unique underground and surface infrastructure facilities in the cities of the Urals, solving the problem of permanent storage of individual cars using underground space and the development of a domestic higher school in the field of underground construction. Vladimir Veselovsky, Deputy General Director of Uralgiprotrans, Evgeny Klementyev, Head of the Metro Department of Uralgiprotrans, Dmitry Romanov, Chief Engineer of Spetspodzemstroy, Andrey Dolgikh, Executive Director of the Ural Regional Branch of the Tunnel Association of Russia, Stanislav Yankovsky, Head of the Construction Department of Malysheva 73 Company, and other speakers are invited to participate.

The round table "Steel frame – anti-crisis construction technology" will be open from 14.00 to 15.30. For the first time in Yekaterinburg, the Steel Construction Association will present a pilot project support program for developers. Private traders will be able to learn how savings can be made using metal frame construction technology and how the construction metal market is ready to respond to the increasing demand of the construction industry. Presentations will be made by Dmitry Yeremeyev, CEO of the ARSS, Denis Konin, Head of the Sector of High-rise Buildings and Structures, V.A. Kucherenko Central Research Institute, Yevgeny Alekseenko, Director of Market Demand Development at EVRAZ, and Mikhail Urinson, Managing Partner at RUSTECH.

The conference "Marketing and Sales in the new Market Conditions" will conclude its session from 16.00 to 17.30. Leading industry experts - Sergey Razuvaev, Director of the Marketing Consultant agency, Andrey Gubaidullin, Creative Director and director of Voskhod Radio, Sergey Balakirev, Director of AMG agency, and others will talk about new technologies and methods of promotion in the field of real estate sales.
