The Center for High-Rise and Unique Competencies in Construction was established with the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation as the executive body of the International Forum 100+ Forum Russia, based on the adopted Roadmap for improving the business climate in the construction of unique buildings and structures, including high-rise residential and public buildings.
