There is a public discussion of draft codes of practice in the field of high-rise construction

Until September 12, 2017, a public discussion of the newly developed draft codes of rules for high-rise construction is held.

In early August, the first edition of the code of rules "High-rise buildings and complexes. Fire safety requirements" were discussed at a meeting of the working group on fire safety of high-rise buildings of the Commission on High-Rise Construction of the Public Council under the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation. The meeting participants noted that today, for the first time, the development of a set of rules is being conducted by specialists from the Russian Ministry of Construction, together with the involvement of experts from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The Center for High-Altitude Competencies invites all interested specialists to participate in a public discussion of draft regulatory documents.

Information and texts have been published on the official website of Rosstandart. Joint venture for discussion:

At the end of the public comment period, all proposals for the joint venture received by the Central Exhibition Center will be sent to the developers. Following the collection of comments and suggestions, the developers will present the second edition of the rulebook to the experts. The final document is planned to be adopted by the end of this year.
