GREEN ZOOM Game: fascinating and simple about "green" construction

We invite you to take part in a professional business game – GREEN ZOOM Game.

On October 4, 2017, from 16.00 to 17.30 in Pavilion No. 3 of the Yekaterinburg-EXPO IEC at the 100+ Education site.

The team, formed from developers, students and participants of the 100+ Forum Russia, will act as a "green" developer who builds energy-efficient and environmentally friendly real estate, equipped with modern innovative solutions, and creates comfortable and harmonious living conditions for future buyers!

Registration is required to participate in the game.:

Your key task during the game is to build your own "green" facility and certify it using the GREENZOOM system, and then immediately put it up for sale to real and demanding buyers and evaluate all the risks and benefits of the innovative project implemented by the team.

At the 100+ Forum Russia, everyone has the opportunity to feel like a "green" investor and deliberately invest in the most "green" solutions.

During the game, you will learn to recognize effective "green" solutions, understand their meaning, invest money in them and sell apartments in your houses at attractive prices.

You will develop the project in a team of 4 people, which will include a project manager, a green certification consultant, an engineer, a manager and a marketer. You will be able to develop the best joint strategy for the development of the facility – from the project to the operational stage and assess how energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions contribute to its development.
