Perm's Chief Architect to attend 100+ Forum Russia
Dmitry Lapshin, First Deputy Head of the Perm City Planning and Architecture Department, Chief Architect of Perm, confirmed his participation in the forum.
Dmitry Lapshin graduated from the Ural State Academy of Architecture and Art in Yekaterinburg with a degree in Architecture, worked as an architect, chief architect at ZAO Creative Architectural Design Workshop (TACM) Project-Perm. He is a member of the Union of Architects of Russia, participant and laureate of international and regional competitions. As chief architect, he is actively involved in the formation of the city's General Plan.
The Organizing Committee of the 100+ Forum Russia has sent personal invitations to the chief architects of 39 cities and regions of Russia. We are waiting for the main architects of the country to participate in constructive dialogues on the strategy of spatial urban development, creating a comfortable living environment, preserving historical and cultural heritage and other relevant topics.
