Perm's Chief Architect confirms participation in 100+ Forum Russia

Dmitry Lapshin is a member of the Union of Architects of Russia. As chief architect, he is actively involved in the formation of the city's General Plan.

Perm is the administrative and cultural center of the Perm Region, a city of millions, the same age as Yekaterinburg. Founded in 1723, the city on the Kama River has become one of the largest scientific and industrial cities in the Urals.

The buildings of three centuries fit seamlessly into the architectural appearance of the city, buildings of various styles and storeys are represented on the streets of the city. New construction concepts involving high-rise buildings are being developed. There are more than 40 buildings in the city, 20+.
