Chief Architect of Novosibirsk to attend 100+ Forum Russia
Vladimir Fefelov will take part in the forum in September.
Novosibirsk ranks third in the list of cities with millions in Russia and is considered a young (Novosibirsk was given city status in 1903) and a dynamically developing metropolis. Novosibirsk has become one of the largest cities in Siberia in record time.
The high-rise construction of the city is widely represented by structures for various purposes with a height of more than 85 meters. Novosibirsk's tallest residential building has 21 floors (86.951 m). Above that is the Cobra Business Center (88.383 m). But so far, not a single 100+ project has been implemented in the capital of Siberia (as Novosibirsk is often informally called), except for a 180-meter-high metal TV tower installed in 1957.
