Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will take part in the 100+ Forum Russia

Tomorrow, as part of the business program of the International Forum and Exhibition of High-rise and Unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia, Igor Manylov, Head of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, will speak at the plenary session "Technologies at Height", and will also hold a round table of Glavgosexpertiza, during which the specifics of the examination of project documentation for high-rise buildings will be considered.

The plenary session, which will be attended by Igor Manylov, is dedicated to digital production. Its participants will discuss the introduction of information modeling technologies and other innovative solutions in Russian companies, simplification of the technology adaptation process and the practice of applying digital design programs in architecture. The head of Glavgosexpertiza will talk about the introduction of the institute of investment justification and the transition to the life cycle of a capital construction facility, as well as the digital transformation of the Institute of Construction Expertise and its development as a center of competence for requirements management.

At the thematic round table, representatives of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will consider changes in the regulatory framework, including in relation to unique and high-rise construction facilities, as well as the specifics of designing and examining project documentation for high-rise buildings, including the process of developing and approving CTS. In addition, the speakers will talk about the specifics of scientific and technical support for the design of facilities with a high level of responsibility, additionally paying attention to the composition and design of accounting documentation based on the results of calculations of building structures of the foundations of buildings and structures submitted for state examination of design documentation. The discussion will also provide an overview of methods and approaches for evaluating calculation materials used in different countries.

Representatives of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will also take part in the 100+Forum Russia round table on pricing in construction: the subject of discussion will be the formation of a Unified state budget and regulatory framework, as well as the specifics of planning and developing estimates. The moderator of the round table is Dmitry Volkov, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

100+ Forum Russia is an annual International forum and exhibition of high-rise and unique construction. In December 2018, the forum will be held in Yekaterinburg for the fifth time.
