100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition Guide: from new heavy-duty materials to designer dandelions
The International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition are a week away. This year, the exhibition will cover 40,000 square meters. About 600 companies from 38 regions, 76 cities of Russia and 5 countries (Iran, UAE, Turkey, representative offices from China, Italy) will take part. We offer a complete guide to the exhibition to make it easier to navigate. Admission is free upon registration.
Outdoor exhibition
In front of the entrance to Yekaterinburg-Expo on an area of 10,000 square meters. There will be 60 units of construction equipment located nearby. For the first time, it will be possible to take it for a test drive right on the site. October 1 – tractors and dump trucks, October 2 – excavators, backhoe loaders, front loaders, utility equipment, October 3 - excavators, backhoe loaders, front loaders, October 4 – warehouse equipment.
To make the participants feel like real builders, the organizers will set up an eight-meter sandbox from which they can try to overload the sand. Testers will be entrusted with equipment weighing from 1.5 to 20 tons. The recording is available via the link.
Also, everyone will be able to climb up 40 m using a car lift.
Pavilion No. 1
Production and supply of materials, technologies and equipment
The most numerous directions. Among other things, import-substituting products will be presented at the stands, for example, expanded clay block, which has no analogues in the construction market. It will also be possible to see flame-retardant materials and coatings for engineering communications, metal and wooden structures, smart glass and translucent structures for apartment buildings and suburban housing, silicate groove–ridge block - a new environmentally friendly heavy-duty material, similar in properties to natural and one of the most radiation-safe, cloud solutions for air conditioning systems, solutions for for trenchless repair of worn-out pipelines and much more.
Several elevator companies from Russia and China will be represented at once, including the only domestic manufacturer of elevators with speeds up to 6 m/s.
Development and architecture
The largest developers and designers will show projects of new buildings and structures that will appear in Russian cities in the coming years. So, guests of the exhibition will be able to see renderings of the first houses with an area of 176 thousand square meters in the new microdistrict of Yekaterinburg – Gornoshchitskiy. For the first time, a mock-up of an art object that will appear on the UrFU campus at the end of 2025 and a new residential development project in the Patrushikhinsky Ponds area on an area of 38 hectares will be presented.

BIM design and digital technologies
The companies will offer solutions for the digitalization of design and construction, including domestic construction software, interactive sales tools for developers, and cloud platforms for construction management based on data from the building information model. An artificial intelligence-based platform that analyzes big data and quickly creates master plans for the development of the territory, Russia's first 3D real estate marketplace with the possibility of interactive walks in a gamified mode, and much more will be presented. One of the exhibitors will demonstrate a smart mirror that can identify who is in front of it, monitor blood pressure and perform the function of a social network – you can share photos directly through it, find educational courses and applications.
In addition, visitors will be able to try on a solar power plant from Ural engineers for their facility and predict the economic, environmental and energy effects. The solution is suitable for the civil and defense industries, agriculture, transportation and construction industries.
A comfortable urban environment
The cluster will be designed as a park with live trees and shrubs, where you can relax while birds sing. The exhibitors will present modern play complexes, animal statues, and even a fitness house with outdoor and gym equipment.
Interior design
It will consist of eight corners with original interiors from Ural studios. For example, visitors will be able to relax in a real oasis with benches, gabions, balls made of concrete and filled with earth and plants. The highlight will be the huge dandelions – symbols of lightness, wind and flight. Clouds will hover in one of the corners.
