100+ TechnoBuild business program Guide: what a thousand speakers of the forum will tell you about

This year, the business program of the International Construction Forum 100+ TechnoBuild consists of 220 sections with 1,000 speakers. The key event will be the plenary session "Building the Future" on October 2, at which developers and authorities will discuss the transformation of residential spaces, the development of small towns, and trends in industrial and infrastructure construction in a dialogue format.

For engineers and designers

The main part of the engineering sections will be conducted by experts from SIC Stroitelstvo: they will talk about different types of structures – from wooden to steel, modern concrete technologies, geotechnical surveys for unique and underground construction, building engineering systems, piles and pile foundations, and much more.

Specialists from the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, FAA "FTS", Rosstandart and the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs will hold a traditional conference "Application of a new model of technical regulation for the innovative development of the construction industry", where they will talk about the main changes in the field of technical regulation. The Central Research Institute of Industrial Development will also raise the topic of rationing.

The INTERCONSTROY forum of construction designers and calculation engineers will discuss engineering protection of facilities from earthquakes and vibrations, testing, monitoring and certification in construction. The experts of the NIISF RAASN will tell about the engineering systems of water use. They will also talk about technologies to ensure a comfortable and environmentally friendly human environment.

The issues of scientific and technical support and the features of standardization of translucent structures will be raised by the National Research University of MGSU. Ural Federal University will talk about the competencies of an engineer of the future.

An object session on the unique redevelopment project of the historical territory of the Badaevsky Brewery, which includes the construction of "floating houses" designed by Pritzker laureates Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron, will be held at the stand of the Sverdlovsk region.

Sections dedicated to fire safety of buildings will be held by the Research Institute of Industrial Safety, Research Center "Construction", NOPRIZ and the Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Architects and urban planners

For the third time, the Comfortable Urban Environment forum will be held, dedicated to all aspects of landscaping. Related topics will be raised at open lectures. The founder of the Iranian architectural studio Tehran Architecture Studio and a lecturer in architecture at the University of Melbourne, Farshad Mehdizadeh, will talk about the context of the development, Andrey Gnezdilov, the head and chief architect of the Ostozhenka Architectural Bureau, will talk about the renovation of Moscow, and Artemy Lebedev, the designer, will talk about the potential for the development of small towns.

There will be a meeting of the BRICS countries on green construction, as well as a discussion on the digitalization of eco-construction. In addition, Ken Yang, the inventor of the bioclimatic approach to the design of high-rise buildings and one of the world's leading experts in the field of environmental and energy-saving design, will talk about eco-friendly architecture.

Urban planning and its impact on Russia's population growth will be an interesting topic at the ARK YERASIA Forum.

Several sections will be devoted to real estate marketing at once. Experts will discuss tools for increasing sales and product features that affect its liquidity. In addition, there will be an analytical discussion on the "Forks of the real estate market", where experts will share the latest sales statistics and give their forecasts for further developments.

The largest developers and developers will also hold their own sections.

BIM managers and digitalization specialists

The Russian BIM Technologies Forum will be held for the seventh time. Experts will consider the implementation of iconic objects in BIM. For example, the Governor's Lyceum is the largest school in the Sverdlovsk region. A session on the digital vertical of the Russian construction complex will be held with the participation of the Russian Ministry of Construction. An important topic will be the discussion of the results and prospects of the country's first digital information model examination. The participants will also focus on the problems of estimates in BIM and budget orders. Separately, the Russian Ministry of Construction organizes sessions dedicated to smart city technologies and world-class campuses.

HR specialists and managers 

In the hall of the Sverdlovsk Region, the key topics will be labor market trends and the implementation of a comprehensive territorial development program. The problems of ZOUIT, as well as the management of urban development – the joint work of municipal authorities, developers and landowners - will be discussed in the Yekaterinburg administration hall.

Glavgosexpertiza of Russia will traditionally hold a round table where they will discuss issues of effective interaction with the customer, the development of professional competencies and project cost management.

Interior designers

Among the topics to be discussed at the III Forum of Interior Designers are, for example, the impact of artificial intelligence on the work of designers, issues of interaction between customers, designers and builders, lighting trends, and rethinking public spaces for new functions.
