The 100+ Forum Russia High-rise Construction Forum will become an annual event
The 100+ Forum Russia, Russia's largest high-rise and unique construction forum, has been decided to be held annually. This was announced by Elena Sierra, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, at a meeting at the Russian Ministry of Construction.
This decision was unanimously supported by representatives of the forum's organizing committee and the organizers of the event - the Central Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Union of Architects of Russia, JSC SIC Stroitelstvo, the Association for the Development of Steel Construction (ARSS), and the Yekaterinburg Administration.
This year, the forum will be held in Yekaterinburg from September 23 to September 25 at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Center. More than 2,000 participants are expected. A delegation of the Russian Ministry of Construction, headed by Minister Mikhail Men, is expected to participate.
The department's leadership will involve its subordinate institutions, research institutes, specialized educational institutions, and the country's leading design and construction organizations in the forum.
The 100+ Forum Russia is a unique opportunity to learn about all the latest developments of scientists, discuss best practices, and learn from domestic and foreign experience. One of the topics of discussion will be preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, reconstruction and construction of stadiums as unique facilities. Architects, developers and contractors of the main sports arenas of the World Cup are expected at the forum.
The forum will also be attended by heads of regional relevant ministries, heads of cities and regions, chief architects, developers, engineering and design organizations, investors and developers, and major contracting organizations. Delegations from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the People's Republic of China and Korea are expected.
