The National Association of Builders (NOSTROY) is the largest all—Russian non-governmental non-profit organization that unites professional participants in the country's construction industry. It was established in 2009 on the initiative of the heads of the SRO of Moscow. The association includes 274 self-regulatory organizations in Moscow, St. Petersburg and nine federal districts of Russia.
The National Association of Builders provides legal and scientific support for the activities of self-regulatory organizations, forms the opinion of the construction community on the most pressing issues of the construction industry and creates the basis for the formation of a modern system of technical regulation in construction.
