FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia" will act as moderator of the SEISMO Euro-Asian Forum

The Second Eurasian Forum on Seismic Safety of Structures and Cities, the SEISMO Euro-Asian Forum, will be held from November 28 to December 1, 2017.

The business program of SEISMO-2017 includes issues related to the construction of buildings and structures in earthquake-prone areas, including regulatory and technical regulation, monitoring, testing, scientific support for design and construction, modeling and calculations, development and application of CTS, risk assessment, expertise and construction control.

More than 70 speakers, leading experts from scientific centers and professional associations from the CIS, EAEU, SCO and the European Union, will take part in the thematic sections, round tables and panel discussions.

Developers of calculation software complexes will conduct a business game on calculations for MRZ, analyzing the features of structural modeling and testing the results obtained. 

The SEISMO Euro-Asian Forum is the only domestic professional event where the most pressing issues of seismology and earthquake-resistant construction are discussed.

Following the results of the forum, the participants will sign an agreement on the Eurasian Association SEISMO, prepare a resolution with specific recommendations for the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, other government agencies and the professional community.

On November 28 and 29, the forum events will be held at the site of the Federal State Budgetary Institution TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
