Evgeny Kuyvashev assessed the Sverdlovsk Region's readiness to host the VIII International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild. A landmark event in the construction industry, which annually attracts high-profile experts and industry representatives from all over Russia and abroad to our region, will be held in Yekaterinburg in early October. Special attention in its organization, as last year, is now being paid to countering the spread of coronavirus infection.

"As always, the forum will be attended by the world's leading experts in the field of modern construction and architecture. Our task is to ensure a high level of organization of the event so that participants can enjoy a meaningful professional discussion, a representative exhibition and a comfortable stay in our region," the governor said.

According to Senator Arkady Chernetsky, another significant step forward has been made in terms of the content content of 100+ TechnoBuild this time. The preparation of the pavilions of the international exhibition center of the IEC Yekaterinburg-EXPO, the preparation of the business program of the forum and the invitation of speakers are proceeding as planned.

"We expected to hold about a hundred sections, but now we have already reached 120 and, probably, there will be even more. The number of speakers has also increased compared to the planned one. The Russian Ministry of Construction is currently very involved in the process of preparing the business program. As for the exhibition, we already have 188 exhibitors, and we surpassed last year in terms of the number of participating countries: in 2020 there were six countries, now there are eight," said Vera Belous, Executive Secretary of the organizing committee of the International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild.

The VIII International Forum 100+ TechnoBuild is scheduled to be held in 2021 from October 5 to 7 at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO site. This is an annual event held in Yekaterinburg with the support and participation of the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation and the government of the Sverdlovsk region. In 2021, the theme of 100+ TechnoBuild will be "Dialogue of the Regions".
