Yekaterinburg will become the construction capital during the days of the 100+ TechnoBuild

From September 29 to October 2, Yekaterinburg will once again host the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition. The largest business event in the industry brings together builders, architects, designers, government officials, the scientific community, manufacturers and suppliers of materials and equipment.

The business program of the forum includes 220 sessions where about 1000 speakers will speak. The Ministry of Construction of Russia and its subordinate organizations will hold more than 30 sessions. The plenary session on the theme "House of the Future" is scheduled to be attended by the Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation Irek Envarovich Fayzullin, the Governor of the Sverdlovsk region Denis Vladimirovich Pasler, representatives of the largest developers.  The moderator is TV presenter Andrey Malakhov.

Participation in the forum of leading experts in the construction industry makes 100+ TechnoBuild a key platform for discussing all areas of industry development. In Yekaterinburg, practitioners get acquainted with promising developments, and scientists receive feedback on the results of the implementation of their developments.

The active participation of government leaders at all levels in the business program makes it possible to expand the discussion of the best engineering initiatives and accelerate their implementation in practice. Every year, the 100+ sessions are held by the NIC "Stroitelstvo", NIISF RAASN, NOSTROI, the Office of State Expertise and other leading associations and organizations of the industry. Its own business program at the stands of the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Yekaterinburg Administration allows authorities and businesses to compare development directions and gives a new impetus to the implementation of long-term projects in the Ural capital.

The interdisciplinary approach allows the organizers of the business program to invite speakers with rare expert experience and at the same time effectively disclose topics that are "at the forefront" of scientific and practical interest. So, this year, for the first time, 100+ will discuss the neuroarchitecture and psychological comfort of people in the building, the therapeutic properties of the landscape and the possibilities of managing them from the perspective of scientists.

A discussion on personnel training for the construction industry will reveal the positions of government authorities, employer companies, as well as the interests of young employees — their opinions will be voiced by popular blogger Maxim Lutchak.

Developers will traditionally hold presentations of new projects at 100+ TechnoBuild: mockups will be presented at the exhibition, and their engineering, structural, and architectural differences will be discussed during business sessions. In addition, 100+ awards will be presented to the winners of the 100+ AWARDS — the shortlist includes more than 90 projects from 25 regions of Russia.

Among the most interesting objects of the exhibition that affect the possibilities of the construction industry are the technology of construction on pipe-concrete columns, composite matrices for forming construction panels with an extended working period, vibration insulation with a century-long service life, composite reinforcement and other technological solutions.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Construction and Housing of Russia, the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region and with the participation of the Sverdlovsk Region Investment Promotion Agency.
