A delegation from China's fourth largest city will visit Yekaterinburg.
The 100+ Forum Russia skyscraper Forum interested representatives of the Chinese construction industry. Five delegates from Guangzhou, the fourth largest city in China, with more than 13 million people, will visit Yekaterinburg on September 24-26.
Officials will arrive in the capital of the Urals: Mo Shizhong, Deputy General Director of the Guangzhou Urban and Rural Construction Committee, and Huang Siming, director of the department of energy-passive buildings and Scientific and technical design of the same committee.
Representatives of the city's largest developers will also come with them – Zhou Ding, General Engineer of the Design Institute, Linghu Yan, General Engineer of the 4th Bureau of Chinese Construction, and Yin Sui, Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Construction.
Note that Guangzhou has a number of high-rise attractions. For example, there is the second tallest TV tower in the world with a height of 610 meters. The tower is used to view the panorama of the city and is designed to receive 10,000 tourists per day.
Guangzhou has an International Financial Center, which is the tallest skyscraper in the city with a height of 437 meters and has 103 floors. It is also the fifth tallest building in China and the eleventh in the world. The Financial Center is the western part of the Guangzhou Twin Towers architectural complex. It is connected by a 4-storey common basement to a nearby 28-storey building.
Guangzhou also has two other famous high-rise buildings: the 391-meter-high CITIC Tower and the 360-meter-high Pinnacle. But the tallest building in the city promises to be the eastern part of the twin towers. This skyscraper called "Chow Tai Fook Center" with 530 meters and 116 floors will be commissioned in 2017.
