Roadmap for high-rise construction: expert comments
One of the main objectives of the 100+ Forum Russia will be the adoption of a Roadmap to improve the business climate in the construction of unique buildings and structures, including high-rise residential and public buildings.
The organizing Committee of the forum has already prepared a draft roadmap. The professional community immediately began to actively discuss it. Andrey Bokov, President of the Union of Architects of Russia, noted that the need to create standards for the design, construction and operation of high-rise buildings is obvious today. Many organizations are already working in this direction, but they lack a generalized, systematic and regulated approach.
Andrey Vladimirovich proposed to include in the draft roadmap the creation of standards for project and pre-project activities, standards for contractual relations with customers, investors, optimized provisions on the rights and obligations of the parties. Ultimately, all this will lead to the creation of the necessary conditions for safe and progressive methods of construction of high-rise buildings, finding highly efficient solutions, and saving money...
In addition, Bokov stressed that the right choice of designers, the creation of optimal conditions for their (to a greater extent) creative activity is the basic moment for any, including high–rise, construction.
We remind you that anyone can get acquainted with the draft roadmap for high-rise construction. The presentation of the project will take place on July 11, at 11:00 on the site of the international exhibition INNOPROM-2014, at the booth of the Yekaterinburg Administration (Pavilion No. 2).
