A roadmap based on the results of the forum will be adopted in November 2015.

The International Forum of High-rise and Unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia 2015 was held in Yekaterinburg on September 23-25.
At the closing plenary session, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation E.Sierra announced the main decisions based on the results of the forum.:
• The 100+ Forum Russia will be held annually in Yekaterinburg with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction.
• An updated roadmap for improving the business climate in the construction of unique, including high-rise buildings and structures will be approved at a meeting of the organizing committee at the Ministry of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation in November 2015.
• In the 4th quarter of 2015, it is planned to hold an offsite meeting of TC 465 to discuss the first edition of the Set of Rules "Multifunctional high-rise buildings and building complexes. Design rules".
• It is necessary to continue the exchange of experience between Russian and foreign experts in the field of high-rise and unique construction within the framework of the country's largest civil engineering forum.
The moderators of the thematic sections made brief generalizing presentations. The experts expressed the opinion of the majority of the forum participants and outlined the main areas of activity that the professional community will have to work on. The main issue remains the need to develop and adopt a regulatory and technical framework for high-rise construction. Proposals were made to apply the existing building regulations for buildings up to 75 meters to objects up to 100 meters. To "shift" the level of uniqueness from 100 to 150 meters, as well as to reduce the development time for unique objects.
In the reports of the moderators, proposals were put forward on the creation and development of BIM technologies for design, construction and operation, on the formation of a national seismic observation system and the development of expert centers. We talked about the need to develop a roadmap for certain types of engineering systems. The use of modern calculation models and new standards for conducting surveys, designing foundations and foundations of high-rise buildings was condemned. Comments were made on updating and systematizing scientific results on the fire resistance of modern building materials, as well as new approaches to the development of fire extinguishing and evacuation standards, including the use of elevators for skyscrapers. They touched upon the development of a strategy for the sustainable construction of unique buildings using foreign experience in resource conservation and the introduction of the Russian green certification system.
First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Northern Affairs A.M. Chernetsky expressed his willingness to promote the interests of the construction community on the problems of high-rise and unique construction at the level of legislative initiatives.
