The "100+ Forum Roadmap" is in action!
At the 100+ Forum Russia, experts will gather for a constructive dialogue on the formation of the first all-Russian regulatory and technical document on high-rise construction.
The Code of Rules "Multifunctional high-rise buildings and building complexes. The Design Rules" will be the first federal document developed as part of the roadmap for improving the business climate in high-rise construction, adopted following the results of the forum last year. It will lay the foundation for the formation of a regulatory framework for high-rise construction in our country.
The joint venture is being developed by TSNIIEP Housing JSC together with relevant companies. The document will contain all the basic requirements, norms and rules necessary for the design of high-rise buildings.
Marat Sharafislamov, head of the Center for High-rise Competencies, notes that the importance of the document for the professional community cannot be overestimated: "There is not a single approved regulatory document on the design and construction of high-rise buildings in Russia yet. This set of rules is, in a way, assigned the role of a fundamental document in regulatory and technical regulation. It will formulate the main criteria and definitions of what is considered a high-rise building. Today, there are standards for the construction of residential buildings up to 75 meters, public buildings up to 55 meters. For the development of the construction industry, it is necessary to expand the scope of regulatory documents. At the forum, we will organize some kind of dialogue and conversation to hear the opinion of experts, get feedback and take into account all constructive suggestions as fully as possible when forming a joint venture."
The organizers of the forum and the developers of the document invite all interested members of the construction community to an open discussion of the project. Two weeks before the start of the forum, the draft Set of Rules will be posted on the forum's website.
On September 23, at 09.30, a seminar will be held to discuss the "zero" edition of the first federal regulatory document on the design of high-rise buildings and structures. Anatoly Magai, Director of Scientific Work at TSNIIEP Zhilishcha JSC, Vladimir Travush, Chief Designer, Deputy General Director for Scientific Work at GORPROEKT CJSC, Evgeny Meshalkin, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Gennady Solomanidin, head of the VANKB Academic Council, as well as representatives of the FSBI branch will take part in the work. TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia UralNIIproekt and design companies specializing in the design of high-rise buildings.
Discussion of the "zero" edition of the Code of Rules "Multifunctional high-rise buildings and building complexes. Design Rules" will be a unique opportunity for professionals to contribute to the formation of the document. After the final development of the draft, the first version of the joint venture will be submitted for public discussion (within one month on the official website of Rosstandart), then, after passing the examination, the final version will be sent for approval to the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
