The 100+ Forum Russia roadmap defines the directions of development of high-rise construction

The roadmap for the development of high-rise and unique construction in the regions of Russia, developed and approved in 2014 following the results of the first forum, was updated and agreed upon by the Ministry of Construction of Russia at the III International Forum of High-Rise and Unique Construction.

The document sets out the results and priorities for the coming year. In a set of priority measures regarding regulatory and technical regulation, scheduled for the end of 2016 and 2017, it is recommended to draw up a long-term plan for updating and developing regulatory documentation for unique buildings and structures, including high-rise buildings.

In the 4th quarter of this year, it is prescribed to approve the joint venture "High-rise buildings and complexes. Design rules", to develop methodological recommendations for the design of certain types of engineering systems as manuals for the Joint Venture "Engineering systems of high-rise buildings", to ensure the revision of Joint Venture 16.13330.2011 "Steel structures. Design rules", taking into account the expansion of the use of new types of rolled steel in the construction of unique, including high-rise facilities, to develop and update criteria for fire resistance of structures for high-rise and unique facilities, taking into account new structural and flame-retardant materials.
