"House of the Future" will be the theme of the International Forum and Exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild 2026

The starting organizing Committee of the XIII International Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild Exhibition has approved the dates and concept of the event. The largest professional congress will be held in Yekaterinburg from September 29 to October 2. Its theme will be "The House of the Future".

The meeting of the federal organizing Committee was chaired by Alexander Lomakin, First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia.

"Last year's results set the bar high. The forum was attended by more than 35 thousand participants, 72 delegations arrived. I would like to note the high level of organization, the rich business program and the practical significance of the discussions. I thank the organizers of the exhibition part. Solutions that shape the future of the industry were presented: from architecture and urban planning, samples of high–rise and residential complexes to modern construction and special equipment from Russian and foreign manufacturers," said Alexander Lomakin.

Denis Pasler, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, noted in his social networks the high importance of the forum and the exhibition both for the region and for the whole country.

"The 100+ Technobuild Forum is a platform for dialogue between the country's professional construction community. New trends are being formed here, experiences and technologies are being exchanged, negotiations are being held and contracts are being signed," he wrote on his page.

Sergey Schwindt, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, stressed that the first meeting of the organizing committee gives an official start to the preparation of the forum. The venue for it will traditionally be Yekaterinburg-Expo. Preparatory work has already begun, as an International Youth Festival will be held here two weeks before the forum. The preparatory processes are largely synchronized. The site meets international requirements and allows for the use of congress halls, exhibition halls and open spaces.

"Our goal is for the thirteenth International 100+ Forum and Exhibition to be held at the same high level, allowing each participant and guest to gain valuable experience, establish new business contacts and become part of a large—scale industry celebration," said Grigory Surganov, Minister of Construction and Infrastructure Development of the Sverdlovsk Region.

According to Vera Belous, head of the working group for the 100+ TechnoBuild, the general theme of the event will be "The House of the Future".

"The house of the Future is not about futuristic concepts, but about real technologies: TIM-modeling, pre-fabrication, energy–efficient construction, smart housing and communal services, digital twins of buildings and cities, which tomorrow will become the standard for the development of the industry," Vera Belous said.

The concept of the 100+ TechnoBuild traditionally includes an extensive business program and an exhibition exposition. The forum part will be held at the congress center and will include more than 200 sections. Up to 15 halls will operate in parallel.

The 100+ Awards are scheduled to be presented in the 100+ TechnoBuild gala program. Applications in 21 nominations are accepted until May 24, and the award ceremony will be held on September 30.
