The business program of the 100+ TechnoBuild Construction Forum has exceeded two hundred sections

The business program of the International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition has already moved beyond two hundred sections this year, and a record number of speakers is expected – more than seven hundred. This is the largest indicator among specialized events in the country. The event will run for four days again, from October 3-6 in Yekaterinburg Expo.

The main topic of 100+ will be "Building humanity". The basis of the program will remain unchanged – from the design and construction of unique buildings and structures to the regulatory regulation of the industry. The topic that was first mentioned last year and aroused the keen interest of visitors – interior design - will also be covered in detail again.

The forum part will traditionally be attended by the Ministry of Construction of Russia and its subordinate organizations. This year there are nine of them: FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia", FAA "RosKapStroy", FBU "Rosstroycontrol", NIISF RAASN, NIU MGSU, JSC "SIC "Stroitelstvo", NOPRIZ, NOSTROI, FAA "FTS" and FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia". They will cover narrow engineering and specialized topics, issues of regulatory regulation, digitalization, personnel, and many others.

Seven "one day" forums will be held: The Russian BIM Technologies Forum, the VI ARCH-Eurasia Forum, the Building Engineering Systems Forum, the Building Climate Forum on Industrial air conditioning and Ventilation, the Comfortable Urban Environment, the Interconstroy Forum of Civil Engineers and design engineers, and the State Construction Supervision Forum.

In addition, the Comfortable Urban Environment Forum and the Interior Designers Forum will be held for two days.

The environmental construction agenda will expand. Invited guests from the BRICS, CIS and other countries will take part in the international round table "Green Construction – new perspectives, new opportunities". The business program will also focus on the development of resort and recreational areas in Russia.

The conference "Digitalization in housing development" from a Single developer Resource will be held for three days. Participants in the format of a foresight session will discuss all stages of the life cycle of objects – from design to sale and operation.

The Ural Real Estate Forum will be held again for realtors, where they will be able to exchange experiences, discuss market trends and develop a plan for further work.

The International Construction Forum and the 100+ TechnoBuild exhibition will be held for the tenth time. The organizers told us more about what will happen at the exhibition earlier. Registration for the event will open in August.
