Pavilion No. 2. Hall 1. The Russian BIM Technologies Forum will be held for the seventh time as part of the 100+. On October 1, experts will review the implementation of iconic objects in BIM. For example, the Governor's Lyceum is the largest school in the Sverdlovsk region. A session on the digital vertical of the Russian construction complex will be held with the participation of the Russian Ministry of Construction. An important topic will be the discussion of the results and prospects of the country's first digital information model examination. On October 2, the participants will focus on the problems of estimates in BIM and budget orders.
Pavilion No. 2. Hall 2. The Comfortable Urban Environment Forum will be held for the third time. Over two days, participants will discuss the development of pedestrian infrastructure in cities, tools for creating comfort in park spaces, the development of street art and its impact on the urban environment, and branding of territories with the participation of experts from Wowhaus, Megabudka, Artemy Lebedev Studio and others.

A meeting of the BRICS countries on green construction, as well as a discussion on the digitalization of eco-construction, will be held in Hall 3.9.
At the stand of the Sverdlovsk Region (Pavilion No. 1), Capital Group is organizing an object session on a unique redevelopment project of the historical territory of the Badaevsky Brewery, which includes the construction of "floating houses" designed by Pritzker laureates Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron.
