What should we build a high-rise

For the first time, a business game "Analysis of unique cases of high-tech construction in Russia" will be held at the Yekaterinburg forum. The new event was included in the forum program on the initiative of one of the organizers, JSC SIC Stroitelstvo. The idea of the business game was developed specifically for the 100+ Forum Russia. Everyone can take part in it: from students of construction universities and young specialists to experienced developers. In short, everyone who is interested in applying existing knowledge and gaining new knowledge in high-rise construction.
The participants are divided into teams, each representing one of the main players in the construction market: a developer, a designer, a builder, federal and regional regulators, a scientific organization, manufacturers and suppliers of building materials, and other participants.

Real scenarios for the creation of objects from the idea to operation will be played out using the example of the most high-profile realized projects of high-rise and unique buildings. To allocate the project budget, select contractors, evaluate the quality of construction – all this will have to be calculated by the participants of the game themselves. The leading experts of SIC Stroitelstvo will advise the players on all issues during the game, analyze controversial situations, identify the most effective solutions and ways to organize work, and as a result, choose the best ideas.

The business game will be held on September 23rd, day zero, before the official events of the forum. Applications for participation are accepted from individuals, from educational institutions, from organizations and companies.
