More than 1,500 speakers spoke at 100+ TechnoBuild

400 companies participated in the exhibition.

 

42 thousand people came to get acquainted with the exhibitors and listen to the business program.

 

How is the speaker selection arranged?

 

Vera Belous, head of the TechnoBuild 100+ training working group, tells:

 

"On the one hand, the selection of speakers is a very important scientific process, since only the best specialists in their field, some of whom work in very narrow construction fields, are suitable for creating a high–quality program. On the other hand, it is an infinitely creative and fascinating business when the program directorate and the entire working group get acquainted with examples of the most interesting and unusual technical discoveries and developments.

 

We select some of the speakers together with the co–organizers, others are found on the recommendations of specialists in the construction industry, and others are found in books and specialized publications. As a rule, these are the world's leading architects, engineers, and transport specialists. Several times we have invited authors of popular books as speakers.

 

It often happens that speakers advise other speakers. There are often applications for someone interesting from the participants, and sometimes the participants themselves become speakers. It happens when someone is completely by chance, for example, while traveling - you see this or that building and want to learn more about its creators."

 

This year, 100+ TechnoBuild will be held at the Yekaterinburg-Expo IEC from October 5 to 7.

The business program is currently being actively developed. We have already announced some of the speakers (see the posts in the feed), and we will name the rest very soon.
