More than 150 construction projects from Russia have started competing for the Engineering Oscar

The All-Russian Engineering and Architecture award 100+ AWARDS, founded as part of the country's largest construction forum and exhibition 100+ TechnoBuild, has completed accepting applications. 154 projects are competing for the Engineering Oscar in seven nominations.

Applicants are currently being checked for compliance with the requirements of the award. Those that will be selected will compete for the titles of "Best Architectural solution", "Best Engineering solution", "Best Constructive solution", "Best Green Building facility", "Best BIM model of a residential building", "Best solution for creating a comfortable urban environment" and "Best Innovative development".

The winners will be selected by recognized Russian and foreign experts in the field of construction, design, architecture and innovative developments. The organizers mentioned some of them earlier (for example, Juliette Jiang, Senior Vice President of the Chinese BROAD Group, and GORPROEKT CJSC, Chief Designer, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences
Vladimir Travush). And now we're ready to reveal a few more names.:

Mikhail Posokhin (Russia) – President of the National Association of Prospectors and Designers. He is a Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Fine Arts; a full member of the International Academy of Architecture (Moscow Branch); an Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences.

Gil Penalosa (Canada) is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the non–profit Canadian organization 880 Cities. In 2020, he was included in Planetizen's list of the 100 most influential urbanists.

Gianluca Vallerini (Italy) is the founder of the consulting design company InCiDe Engineering. He works all over the world on projects of all sizes and varying degrees of complexity – from the tallest skyscrapers and large-span structures to innovative building systems and materials.

Igor Shubin (Russia) – Director of the National Research Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He is a leading scientific specialist in the field of building physics, ecology in construction and energy conservation. He took an active part in the design and construction of the Moscow City building complex, as well as other unique facilities in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, etc.

Yuri Tarasenko (Russia) is the Head of the Building Energy Efficiency department at SIEMENS. Author of more than a hundred articles on energy saving of buildings in various technical journals in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan.

Alexey Muratov (Russia) is a partner of Strelka Design Bureau. An expert in the field of spatial development of cities and territories. Member of the Council for the Development of Urban Areas under the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Public and Business Council of the priority program "Single-industry towns".

Ivana Stanisic (UK) is a partner and architect at JTP Architects. He has experience from general planning to detailed design of residential and mixed-use neighborhoods. The main focus of her work is to create a sustainable, human–centered environment.

Ilya Likhov (Russia) is the founder and CEO of NEOSUN Energy. The company specializes in the production of next-generation solar panels and lithium-ion batteries, as well as in the development of innovative products and solutions in the field of energy.
