More than 20 scientific reports on the construction physics of high-rise buildings have been prepared for the business program of the forum

The scientific part of the business program of the 100+ Forum Russia will include practical seminars of the Scientific Research Institute of Building Physics of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences (NIISF RAASN). The reports of the Scientific Research Institute's specialists include the most up-to-date, innovative research and achievements in the field of unique, including high-rise construction. The issues of construction physics of high-rise buildings, problems of design and technical support of translucent enclosing structures of high-rise and unique structures, environmental problems of high-rise construction will be presented to the attention of the forum participants.

The meeting will be attended by Igor Shubin, Director of the Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Nina Umnyakova, Deputy Director for Innovation, Alexey Verkhovsky, Chief Researcher, Head of the Facades SEC Research Center, Vladimir Smirnov, Senior Researcher, and other specialists.

Topics proposed for discussion:

• Regulatory framework and test methods for high-rise and unique buildings.
• Facade maintenance system. BIM technology in the design of building facades. Development of a set of rules "Safe glazing of buildings and structures".
• A comprehensive analysis of the results of dynamic tests of facade systems of high-rise buildings (generalization of the experience of FSBI "TSNIIP of the Ministry of Construction of Russia", TSNIISK JSC "SIC Construction", SROSEXPERT, etc.).
• Translucent facade systems of high-rise buildings and their behavior in case of fire.
• Vibration isolation of buildings located near metro lines.

Experts will also discuss other issues, such as increasing the sound insulation of high-rise buildings, thermal heterogeneities of the exterior fences of high-rise buildings, and analyzing appeals from residents of Moscow living in high-rise buildings to the Rospotrebnadzor authorities.

NIISF RAASN was established in 1956 and is the leading scientific and expert center in Russia in the field of building physics, durability of construction products and protection from harmful environmental factors.
