The author of the project of the world's tallest skyscraper will speak at the 100+ Forum Russia

Vladimir Ilyich is the author of several hundred scientific papers and author's certificates, 70 projects, of which 30 have been implemented: the Ostankino Television Tower, the large–span sports palaces in Moscow, the Central Core complex in the capital and other buildings under construction at the Moscow International Business Center Moscow City (MMDC).

Travush became particularly famous for his project of a 4-kilometer tower, developed for Japan back in the 1960s. The residential building was supposed to accommodate up to 500,000 people. Work on the project was stopped in January 1969 after the Japanese side demanded that the estimated height of the tower be reduced first to 2 kilometers, then to 550 meters. The structural elements of the Nikitin-Travush skyscraper tower were later used in the X—Seed 4000 skyscraper project proposed by the Japanese (which has not yet been implemented).

Vladimir Travush will speak at the 100+ Forum Russia on the second day of the event, on 25.09, as part of the panel discussion "Tower of the Future. Challenges of high-rise construction". The renowned designer will talk about his professional experience and the problems he had to face when implementing high-rise construction projects.
