Arkady Chernetsky – Speaker and moderator of the Skyscraper Forum

The number of speakers and participants of the 100+ Forum Russia continues to grow. The Organizing Committee of the forum includesArkady Chernetsky, Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Self-Government and Northern Affairs. Arkady Mikhailovich will moderate one of the sections of the event and will act as a speaker.

Arkady Chernetsky was the head of Yekaterinburg in 1992-2010. Under his leadership, the city has implemented a number of effective programs. As a result, in 1992-2008, according to most of the main statistical indicators of economic and social development (retail trade turnover, housing commissioning, volume and quality of medical care, and others) Yekaterinburg is ahead of other "million-plus" cities in Russia. In 2000, Arkady Mikhailovich initiated the development and one of the main authors of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Yekaterinburg for the period up to 2015, created with the broad participation of scientific and business circles and the public.

Arkady Chernetsky's titles and awards include Honorary Citizen of Yekaterinburg, Order of Honor, Knight of the Order of the Patron of the Arts IV degree (Golden Cross), Honorary Builder of Russia and others.
