Architectural high-rise dominants in modern cities

The State Unitary Enterprise of the Moscow region "Scientific Research and Design Institute of Urban Planning" (GUP MO "NIiPI Urban Planning") has officially confirmed its participation in the International Forum of High—rise and unique Construction 100+ Forum Russia.

The topic proposed for discussion is the formation of hybrid public spaces — high-rise and unique complexes. Urban objects will be considered as functional and spatial-planning dominants in modern megacities. The moderator of the section will be Dmitry Klimov, Deputy General Director for the production of NIIPI Urban Planning, Advisor to the Russian Academy of Architecture and Building Sciences.

GUP MO "NIiPI Urban Planning" (first name Institute of General Plans, Engineering Equipment and Experimental Design) It was established in 1974 in connection with the need for a comprehensive solution to the problems of the territorial organization of cities, towns, districts and other territories of the Moscow region.

Since 1996, the Institute has been the basic territorial design organization for urban development in the Moscow Region.
