50 reasons to come to the 100+ Forum Russia

The main events of the 100+ Forum Russia 2015, the largest forum in the country, which brings together participants in the unique construction industry from all over Russia and abroad, have been identified. Just like last year, the guests will receive revelations from developers of Russia's iconic high-rise projects, technical tours of skyscrapers, and a unique opportunity to talk about their problems with the authorities, investors, and foreign colleagues. In total, there are more than 50 interesting business events that will be held non—stop in 6 conference halls of the Yekaterinburg-EXPO IEC from September 23 to 25.

The main obstacle to the development of high-rise construction in Russia is the imperfection of the regulatory and technical framework. The discussion of this issue on the first day will open a plenary session with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, representatives of municipalities of foreign countries, and official delegations of cities with a population of one million in Russia. The discussion will continue and will become the central topic at the section of the Ministry of Construction.

This year's forum includes a number of new topics that were not presented last year. Due to the active preparations of Russian cities to host the 2018 FIFA World Cup matches, this year's 100+ Forum Russia will address the design, construction and reconstruction of stadiums and sports arenas, as well as international experience in using sports facilities after sports events.

The second new topic of 2015 is steel construction (using a metal frame). The direction is recognized as promising, provided that a constructive dialogue is established between manufacturers and developers. An attempt to build this dialogue will be carried out at the 100+ Forum Russia.

One of the most anticipated moments of the forum is a master class by Alexander Kuzmin, ex—chief architect of Moscow, "How to become Chief Architect of Moscow."

The core of the business program will consist of thematic sections with the participation of specialists from the country's leading scientific, technical and research institutes. Here the following will be considered:
• Advanced developments in design, monitoring and operation;
• modern solutions for fire safety and earthquake resistance;
• issues of architectural lighting of high-rise buildings;
• "green" technologies and the construction of energy-efficient skyscrapers.

The congress department of the Vedomosti newspaper is preparing sections where participants will discuss the development of high-rise construction in the regions, as well as ways of effective cooperation between regional authorities and developers and investors.

In addition, the participants will be presented and analyzed in detail the projects of the most iconic high-rise projects in Russia.:
