372-FZ: implementation issues and daily practice

At the seminar, NOSTROI specialists will talk in detail about the changes in the urban planning code in connection with the entry into force of Federal Law No. 372-FZ dated 07/03/2016.

The issues of interaction between self-regulatory organizations and authorities, as well as the procedure for the transfer of construction companies from SRO in another region to SRO at the place of registration, will be considered most fully. Experts will explain in detail the procedure for forming compensation funds and the conditions for transferring contributions from the compensation fund, talk about the introduction of requirements for banks and special accounts, about innovations in standards and internal documents of self-regulatory organizations. The agenda also includes issues on the system of technical regulation and standardization, new types of liability and risk insurance.
