On October 12, the Russian Ministry of Construction hosted a meeting of the forum's Organizing Committee, chaired by the head of the department, Vladimir Yakushev.

The work of the forum contributed to the addition of new documents to the regulatory and technical base for high-rise construction. "Today, the Ministry of Construction is actively developing regulatory and methodological documents that compensate for obsolete and outdated documents in the field of high-rise construction. Over the past three years, together with the professional community, the department has developed rules for urban planning, design and operation of high—rise buildings and complexes, requirements for foundation structures and engineering systems of high-rise buildings," Minister Vladimir Yakushev said during the meeting.

Sergey Schwindt, Deputy Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, said at the meeting that the forum's program will be expanded this year. In particular, the business program of the forum includes new areas related to the renovation of urban areas of megacities, the use of automated technical systems and information modeling technologies in construction, digital prototyping based on information modeling of buildings and structures, management and operation of high-rise buildings. The main business program of the 100+ Forum Russia will take two days — December 6-7, 43 sections are planned.

"Our base consists of sections for "narrow" specialists, for example, in the calculation and construction of foundations, engineering surveys. Sections are also planned for a wide range of listeners on landscaping and creating a comfortable urban environment. Visitors are also showing great interest in them," she added. The full program of the forum can be found in the PROGRAM section.
