100+ Speakers: Dina Sattarova and Leonid Baryshev

We continue to introduce you to the speakers of the 100+ 2021 business program. Today, there are two representatives of the State Agrarian University "NI and PI Gradplan of Moscow": Director Dina Sattarova and Head of the Department of Scientific Research and Transport Modeling Leonid Baryshev.

The State Agrarian University "NI and PI Gradplan of the City of Moscow" develops projects for the planning of territories, general plans of cities, strategies for socio-economic development, evaluates the urban potential of territories, the economic and socio-economic effectiveness of measures for their urban development.

It is a single operator of urban development of all the coastal territories of the Moskva River and the Khimki reservoir.

Dina Sattarova will speak on the topic "Determining the optimal parameters of urban development of urban areas, ensuring their economic stability and budgetary self-sufficiency."

In particular, he will talk about methods that make it possible to assess the effectiveness of using urban areas, determine which functionality will be more profitable, and improve their investment attractiveness. The presentation will be interesting for both government representatives and developers.

Leonid Baryshev will talk about the unification of transport modeling methods. For example, he will share methodological recommendations that are used in Moscow in modeling transport and passenger flows, provide control, but do not limit the development of transport models.
