The author of the projects of the iconic Russian skyscrapers - the Evolution Tower in Moscow City and the Lakhta Center in St. Petersburg - Philip Nikandrov, Chief architect of GORPROEKT CJSC He will share his experience in creating urban high-rise dominants and talk about his vision in the session "Iconic Architecture as a way to create the identity of the state." The session will be held on December 7 at 10:00-11:30 at the 100+ Forum Russia.

This year at the panel discussion "Comfortable environment. Parks of Russia" Philip Nikandrov will talk about new global trends in high-rise construction integrating public squares and sky parks. The idea of sky parks, born out of the fantasies of futurist architects of the past, has recently found its way into several pilot projects in Singapore, and is now being seriously considered by the architect for implementation in Moscow. Among the public spaces already built according to Nikandrov's projects in high–rise urban development complexes are the new Moscow City MIBC public square on site 6 and the landscaped plaza on sites 2-3.
