Sergey Trukhanov is the head of the T+T Architects bureau. Architect, entrepreneur, expert in the field of redevelopment and renovation.

Among the projects are the reconstruction of the Belgrade Hotel in Moscow, the Danilovskaya Manufaktura MFC, studio No. 8 and studio No. 12 loft quarters, the Kontur Park IT cluster, office interiors for Gazprom Media, Gazprom Neft, Sberbank, etc., projects of residential and public spaces in various cities of Russia.

In total, over 200 projects and concepts from office interiors to integrated development of territories have been created during the existence of the bureau. The bureau has won numerous architectural awards, including international and European Property Awards.

T+T Architects is a co-author (together with Evolution Design) of the Sberbank's new headquarters project, which won gold at the annual A'design award & competition.

The reconstruction of Sberbank's headquarters was carried out on the site of the existing administrative building in Moscow. The Russian architects of the T+T Architects bureau, together with the Swiss Evolution Design bureau, have developed a complete renovation plan: they have changed the design solutions, introduced new functions, turning the headquarters into a modern, unique office complex.

Its main distinguishing feature is a seven-story glazed atrium.
This multifunctional space is a place for informal communication and large gatherings, a bar, and a recreation area. Inside the atrium, two phytostains with a height of more than 20 meters, completely covered with living plants, create the atmosphere of a real oasis.

The atrium space is equipped with a unique Diamond suspended meeting room, which is stretched on cables and connected to the main rooms on the sixth floor by a glass bridge.

The project, including facades and underground four-level parking, took 16 months to complete.
