100+ Speaker: Marcel Gainutdinov

Marcel Gainutdinov is an expert of the Specialized expertise department of the State Agrarian University "UGEC RT". 

He is a member of the working group on the development of information modeling technologies in the Republic of Tatarstan. He is engaged in TIM training, a trainer and a World Skills expert in the competence "Information Modeling Technology".

The State Autonomous Institution "Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and Architecture" (short name – GAU "UGEC RT").

At the presentation, Marcel will consider the problems and specifics of projects carried out using information modeling technologies.

"The information model allows an expert to see the future of a constructed building, divide the model by levels, and leave only those elements in the model that he needs to check. Consideration of the model using specialized software made it possible to identify and eliminate collisions and shortcomings in the digital model in order to increase the accuracy of determining the estimated cost and quality of project documentation. As practice has shown on the example of the Innopolis dormitory construction project, the accuracy of determining the estimated cost has increased significantly."

We will consider information modeling issues in more detail in the framework of 100+ TechnoBuild on October 5-7 at the Yekaterinburg-EXPO IEC.
