Stroytekproekt LLC started using BIM technology in 2016 and in 2017, for the first time in the Sverdlovsk region, designed the building of secondary school No. 1 in Yekaterinburg using BIM technologies. In 2019, the school was built according to the documentation from the BIM model and put into operation. In 2019, Stroytekproekt LLC won the first place in the Construction Triumph non-profit competition in the nomination "Best Social Facility" and the third place for the Avtomobilist Ice Arena.
