As part of Innoprom-2017, the organizing committee of the 100+ Forum Russia presented an architectural guide to Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk. The presentation took place at the stand of the Yekaterinburg City Administration.

The Organizing Committee of the 100+ Forum Russia acted as a partner of the project. Initially, funds for the guidebook were raised through a crowdfunding project, in which about 160 people participated. At today's presentation, they were able to receive their gift copies.

The guidebook was presented by Alexey Kozhemyako, Acting Head of the Yekaterinburg City Administration, Polina Ivanova, Director of the Sverdlovsk Regional Public Organization Group of Architectural Initiatives, Events and Communications, the author of the guidebook, Vladimir Bykodorov, Deputy General Director of the Sverdlovsk Regional Museum of Local Lore for Museum Projects and Branches, and Sergey Skrobov, curator of the funds of the Yekaterinburg Museum of History.

Alexey Kozhemyako: "I am convinced that the guidebook will be of interest to both residents of our city and its guests. This is a large-scale, deep and extremely relevant project for Yekaterinburg."

Polina Ivanova: "We decided to tell not about individual buildings, but about the public spaces of the city. This turned out to be eight routes. Some of the pictures and drawings were published for the first time. Some of the archives were searched all over the city. The staff of the State Archive of the Sverdlovsk Region and the Museum of the History of Yekaterinburg, as well as all concerned citizens who participated in the crowdfunding project to raise funds, provided great assistance to the publishers. In the spring, the organizers of the 100+ Forum Russia joined us, and thanks to their support, we were able to implement our project."

A guide to Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk has been released for the upcoming high-rise and unique construction forum.  100+ Forum Russia, which will be held in Yekaterinburg from October 4-6, 2017.
