The 100+ Forum Russia 2017 will be held in Yekaterinburg again in October.

The Organizing Committee of the international forum of high-rise and unique construction 100+ Forum Russia has approved the dates of the event in 2017. With the support of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the government of the Sverdlovsk Region, and the Yekaterinburg City Administration, the forum will be held at the Yekaterinburg Expo IEC from October 4-6.

This year, the 100+ Technologies forum and exhibition will be held under the 100+ Forum Russia brand, as well as events of the 100+ Education educational cluster and the 100+ Real Estate business sector.

More than 100 companies are expected to participate in the exhibition.: These are builders and developers, developers of innovative construction technologies, designers, research and educational institutions. The educational cluster will feature seminars and lectures by leading Russian and foreign experts, master classes by representatives of world and domestic architecture, and open lectures by teachers and professors of the International Association of Construction Universities. The business sector will bring together the largest realtors, raise the topics of marketing, legal support of transactions, etc.

"We are creating a completely new format for a business event," says Vera Belous, head of the 100+ Forum Russia working group. - As a rule, exhibitions are held separately. Now theory and practice will complement each other at the 100+ Forum Russia. In the forum part, it will be possible to learn about modern developments and innovations, and in the exhibition pavilion to see technological achievements and novelties of the construction industry."

The main topics of the forum will be issues of high-rise and unique construction, the construction of bridges and large-span structures, the development of underground space and urbanism. Special sessions will be devoted to the creation of transport infrastructure, the preservation and integration of architectural monuments in modern megacities, the problems of "green" construction and the ecology of urban space.

The Forum will once again become an effective communication platform where constructive decisions are made on the development of the construction industry. It should be recalled that in 2016, within the framework of the forum, practical work was carried out jointly with the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation on the most important document in the construction sector - the Code of Rules "High-rise Buildings and complexes. Design rules". Numerous amendments and recommendations from market participants were taken into account. This document has already been approved and will be put into effect from June 2017. Anatoly Magai, Director of Scientific
TsNIIEP of Residential and Public Buildings: "We repeatedly discussed the joint venture at the 100+ forum before approving the final version: both in 2015 and in 2016. There were a lot of disputes, comments and suggestions were received, which we took into account when preparing the Set of Rules."

In 2017, the development of four more joint ventures on high-rise construction will begin, defining the norms of planning and development of territories by high-rise buildings, operating rules, and fire safety requirements. According to Yuri Glukhovenko, adviser to the director of the FAA "FTS", the discussion of the first edition of the document on fire safety is scheduled to take place in October this year at the 100+ Forum Russia in Yekaterinburg.

One of the important outcomes of the forum was also the roadmap for the development of high-rise and unique construction in the regions of Russia, developed and approved back in 2014. In 2016, the updated roadmap was approved by the Russian Ministry of Construction at the 100+ Forum Russia.

Russian and foreign companies have already joined the formation of the 100+ Forum Russia business program: more than six months before the event, representatives of several regions of Russia, as well as Italy, India, China, Kazakhstan and other countries announced their participation. Information about the participants and topics of the forum is regularly updated on the official website.

In 2016, representatives of 17 countries and 97 cities took part in the forum, more than 300 speakers presented reports, 45 of them from abroad, and 4,500 participants were registered on the official website of the event. Over the three days of the 100+ forum, more than 70 sessions, meetings, round tables and workshops were held.
