Juliette Jiang is a senior vice president at BroadGroup, a company that built a 30-story building in 15 days, breaking its previous record for building a 15–story building in a week. The company specializes in the construction of buildings from prefabricated structures. The main principles of BroadGroup's work are the use of unique technologies and the preservation of life. Juliette Jiang will give a lecture on "Sustainability in Action" and will also participate in the session "Transport of the Cities of the Future", where she will talk about technologies developed by BroadGroup, in which cars can weigh 40-60% less, while being more reliable and stable on the roads, but consume much less energy. Both sections are scheduled for October 31.
CITYTHINKING Bureau is an international company from Spain specializing in the development of concepts for the development of territories, master planning and modular design of mass standard residential buildings. In 2014, for the first time, the bureau applied the method of parametric urban planning to create a multifunctional and compact environment, focusing on a large number of criteria at once. In the Spanish Quarters project in Moscow, the bureau tried to humanize the concept of an affordable housing area in every sense. Several representatives of the bureau will speak at the "Masterplan of Cities of the Future" section, which will be held on October 31.
Konstantin Sokolov, Director of the Moscow office of the Swedish architectural bureau Semrén & Månsson, will speak on the topic "Multi-storey wooden construction in Sweden. History of development and modern opportunities" at the first-day forum "Wooden Construction in the cities of the Future". The company's values – Swedish design, Swedish quality, energy efficiency and deep knowledge of local conditions – make the company one of the leaders of the global architectural market.
Renat Gabdullin, Head of Regional sales for the Ural Federal District, Siberian Federal District, Far Eastern Federal District, Intelligent Infrastructure Management, Siemens LLC, will talk about the implementation of energy-efficient systems for the intelligent infrastructure of the city in the session "Digitalization of Cities" on October 31.
On October 31, the Museum of Architecture and Design of Urgakha will hold a session on the theme "From dreams to reality: experience in developing projects for revalorization of industrial heritage" at the stand of the Sverdlovsk region.

100+ Technologies for Cities Exhibition

JSC Mostostroy-11, one of Russia's largest diversified companies in the construction industry, will present BIM technologies, 3D modeling technologies, 3D scanning, and smart helmets.;
Novouralsky Pipe Plant LLC will demonstrate modern polyethylene pipes for water and gas supply, as well as accessories for pipeline installation;
LLC IC Stroyexpert will share its technologies for the design of residential, civil and industrial facilities;
CJSC Penetron-Russia Group of Companies will show waterproofing of concrete with increased water resistance, frost resistance and corrosion resistance, when used, concrete acquires "self-healing" of cracks with an opening of up to 0.4 mm.;
The non-profit partnership Ural Chamber of Real Estate will demonstrate to the visitors of the exhibition the real estate booking service FlatSeller, which is designed for the purchase of apartments from developers by real estate agency specialists. The service presents new buildings in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region.
