Official delegations will arrive from 21 regions of Russia. They include six regional ministers of construction, six deputy ministers and governors, heads of city departments of architecture and construction, and other officials.

Participation was confirmed by exhibitors from 13 regions of Russia, 21 cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republics of Chuvashia, Tatarstan, Karelia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and others. In addition, there are nine representative offices of foreign and international companies from five countries (USA, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary), as well as two independent foreign participants (Austria, Italy).

The VIII International Conference "Technical Regulation in Construction", which moved from Chelyabinsk to Yekaterinburg this year, will be held on October 20. On October 20, experts will discuss the design, construction and production of building materials as a single mechanism, as well as the practical problems of implementing building regulations (SP 1.1313 "Fire protection systems. Escape routes and exits") by design and construction companies.

On October 20 and 21, the National Association of Prospectors and Designers will organize a two-day training for experts from self-regulatory organizations. On October 22, NOPRIZ will hold a conference on the development of qualifications in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design.

Several NOSTRA seminars will be held on October 21.: on pricing in construction and on granting loans to SRO members and exercising control. In addition, the NOSTRA Closed council will be held on October 20.
