100+ AWARDS: the contenders for the "Best Green Building Project" nomination have been named

We are publishing a shortlist of 100+ AWARDS in the nomination "The best green Building facility".

The nominees were:

IFC "Lakhta Center". The completed project entered the top five of the "greenest" skyscrapers in the world (among the tallest and largest buildings on the planet).

STC PJSC TMK. The building of the Scientific and Technical Center of PJSC TMK is one of the key city-forming facilities of the IC Skolkovo. This is the first building on the territory of Skolkovo to receive international LEED Gold status.

Magnifika Residence. This is the first residential complex to receive the GREEN ZOOM City certificate in St. Petersburg.

EcoCity Residential complex. The low-rise rural settlement EcoCity was built by the RBI Group in the Vsevolozhsky district of the Leningrad Region (Mistolovo village) in 2020 and was awarded the Gold Certificate of the Russian GREEN ZOOM system.

Oncological outpatient diagnostic center. To comply with LEED standards, all modern technologies are provided in the projected cancer center building.

An apartment building at 36 Mehrentseva St., Yekaterinburg. There are no analogues of the implementation of energy efficiency technologies used in residential complexes in Russia.
