100+ AWARDS: the contenders for the victory in the nomination "The best engineering solution – high-rise or unique" have been named
The nominees of the Engineering Oscar 100+ AWARDS in the category "Best Engineering solution — high-rise or unique".
CJSC GORPROEKT has been nominated for the IFC Lakhta Center award.
This is a 462-meter-high skyscraper, which does not have a single repeating (typical) floor. Innovative technologies are used in ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems, water supply, lighting and fire safety. About fifty engineering systems are involved, for which the automated control system of the automated control system has been developed – a network of interconnected devices, devices and cables that guarantee the life support of the entire building as a whole, safety and convenience for humans.
Atomstroykomplex presented the Champion Park residential complex, which consists of three twin towers with a height of 128 meters. The developer moved engineering equipment and technical communications from the roof to the 35th level, which made it possible to complete the glass belt of skyscrapers with a penthouse area and a "crown" of observation decks and helipads. The fireproof core is a fundamentally new solution for high–rise buildings. Two fire escapes are designed inside the house and are connected by fire-safe zones on each floor.
"Metropolis" in the shortlist with two projects: NEVA Tower residential complex and ZILART Tower residential complex. In the first one, the company announced solutions for ventilation, heating, refrigeration and a refrigeration center. The second one has ventilation and energy–saving measures.
JSC UMMC presented the multidisciplinary medical center UMMC – Zdorovye.
During the design and construction, complex engineering systems (24 separate systems in total) were used to ensure guaranteed electricity and heat supply; purification and quality control of water supply; maintenance of the microclimate in specified parameters; ventilation of "clean rooms" (operating rooms, maternity units); provision of medical gases, including cryopreservation of living human cells. The entire building is managed using the smart hospital system, including remote management of all performance indicators of all engineering systems.
