LCD D1 and CITY BAY. ("Metropolis")

D1 is three skyscrapers of different storeys.: Excelsior – 60 floors, Kingchess - 59 floors, Blitz - 30 floors. They are united by a two-storey stylobate, which will house a shopping gallery, a fitness center, cafes and restaurants.

Four blocks of the CITY BAY residential complex are named after the oceans – Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, North. Together, the City Bay blocks form a unique aesthetic composition and combine all the most important advantages of urban housing in harmony with the natural environment.

Residential complex "Architect" (LLC "Ingrad Project" and LLC Design and production company "Alexander Kolubkov").

Buildings of variable number of storeys will be built on a plot of 1.7 hectares: 28, 46 and 47 floors, which are combined by a common hall and a three-storey underground parking.

Moskovsky 65 (Architectural Studio 44 workshop).

A business class facility with 411 apartments. The total building area is 110,000 square meters. All aboveground buildings of the projected building (blocks "A", "B", "C" and "D") are a single complex connected by an underground floor with a parking lot located in it.

Vidny residential complex (Sibtekhproekt LLC).

"Vidny" consists of 20 houses. Brick 10-storey buildings and high-rise towers of 17-18 floors are united by public spaces. Useful services for residents are located on the ground floors.

Atmosphere Residential Complex (Stroytekproekt LLC)

Atmosphere consists of two separate buildings. House No. 1 is a variable number of storeys from 17 to 25 floors, house No. 2 is a 31-storey tower. The concept of a "courtyard without cars and strangers", a video surveillance system and a security service are used.

Residential complex "Rifey" (LLC "IC "Stroyexpert").

19 houses with more than 2,500 apartments will be built in the Rifey residential complex. Fifteen of them have already been commissioned, one is under construction, and 3 more are being designed. A kindergarten, shops and offices on the ground floors of the houses are already operating on the territory of the residential quarter. A model of the eighth stage of construction, a three-section residential building, has been submitted to the competition.
