The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation (Minstroy of Russia)
— is the Federal Executive Body created by the Russian Federation Presidential Decree dated November 1, 2013 by reorganizing the Federal Agency for the Construction, Housing and Utilities.
The Ministry has the following functions:
- developing and implementing state policy and regulations in the spheres of construction, architecture, urban development, housing and utilities;
- providing public services and managing state property in the spheres of construction, urban development, housing and utilities;
- coordinating the activities of the Federal Fund for Promoting Housing Construction, the Fund for Promoting Housing and Utilities Reform, the State Corporation for Building Olympic Venues, and the Main Directorate of the RF State Expert Review
