The Federal Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for Support of Investment Programs" was transformed in May 2019 from a non-core unit for the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - FBI "Central Scientific and Technical Library for Construction and Architecture". These activities were carried out in the shortest possible time under the leadership of the Ministry of Construction of Russia and a team of professionals, who have experience in the largest construction sites of the country: the 2014 Olympics in Sochi, the 2019 Universiade in Krasnoyarsk, defense facilities, including the Arctic zone.
The main activities, namely construction control and library activities, are carried out within the framework of state assignments.
The priorities in our work are the safety of construction projects, reliability and efficient spending of funds allocated from the state budget, as well as the provision of modern high-quality services for library, bibliographic and scientific and technical activities.
