EPHESUS Construction Company

Today, EFES is known as a major developer in Yekaterinburg, which has been operating in the industrial and civil construction market for 30 years. During this time, the company has commissioned more than 800,000 square meters of administrative, industrial, social and residential facilities in Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan regions. 

Initially, the company grew out of a carpentry shop for the production of window and door blocks. The workshop workers manufactured joinery structures and performed services for their installation, as well as repair of offices and apartments. On March 4, 1992, an order was issued appointing Alexey Yuryevich Belousov, the permanent head and the main driving force of the company, as director of Efes LLC.

In 1994, the Committee for Social Protection of the Yekaterinburg city Administration submitted an application to Efes for a general contract for the construction of an overnight stay home for people without a fixed place of residence.  In fact, this facility has become a ticket to the construction market for the company.

Since then, Efes has participated in the construction and reconstruction of several industrial facilities in the Ural region, including the NIZMK Mercury Demercurization Plant, the Sinarsky Pipe Plant, and Rosreserv facilities. The company also took an active part in the reconstruction and construction of municipal facilities in Yekaterinburg and the Sverdlovsk region, contributing to the creation and renovation of social and cultural facilities, trade and leisure and entertainment complex.  It is enough to name the Regional hospital "Lake Chusovskoye", the infectious diseases building of the city hospital No. 40, Lyceum No. 8 and Gymnasium No. 176, the Luna — 2000 entertainment center and the Beijing shopping center to imagine the scale and importance of Ephesus in the construction industry of Yekaterinburg.

Since 2002, Efes LLC has been claiming to be a residential real estate developer in Yekaterinburg.  Since then, more than 16 individual houses have been commissioned, both standing alone and as part of residential complexes.

In 2004, Efes commissioned a sixteen-storey apartment building at 57/2 Uralskaya Street. This was the first facility for which the company completed a full construction cycle, including the functions of general contractor and customer. This facility also became a landmark for the company, as EFES was the first in Russia to commission a 16-storey residential building using Canadian monolithic housing technology — fixed formwork "ARXX". This was facilitated by the decision of the company's management in 2003 to create an enterprise structure designed for a full construction cycle. Since that time, Ephesus has been a multidisciplinary company that implements projects from idea to turnkey delivery.  

Today, the company's priority is housing construction, which corresponds to the federal agenda and the implementation of the national project "Housing and the urban environment" and federal projects "Mortgage", "Housing", "Creating a comfortable urban environment".

The company cooperates with the city administration. He is a member of the presidium of the NP SRO "Guild of Builders of the Urals". Actively participates in the social work of the Ural construction complex and the business life of Yekaterinburg.
